6 Meditation Tips for a Deeper Connection with Enhanced Pineal Gland Activity

In my January energy reading, meditation came up as the path of action for us to make a shift towards enlightenment in the collective consciousness this month. As well, some of you have recently asked me to do a video on what I do to make a deeper connection within my own meditation practice. 

The tips I am offering you today are not your usual meditation tips. I address what I believe is the number one block to making that deeper connection, and for some a connection at all.

As well, you can't talk about making a connection without talking about the pineal gland otherwise known as our Third Eye (Our Seat of the Soul).

As I have mentioned in other videos before, I believe our pineal gland is one of the most important glands in our body. It's responsible for releasing DMT which is connected to experiencing lucid dreams and strong visions within our mind. Taking care of our pineal gland is one of the best actions to take when wanting to experience that deeper connection.

Understanding how our minds work as a tool is still a relatively undiscovered concept to us. Our minds are extremely powerful tools when used correctly. When we align our mind with the energy of the Multiverse we can see that stilling the mind is not always the answer to experiencing a deeper connection in our meditation.
